Concurrent Enrollment

Concurrent Enrollment courses offer students the opportunity to earn college credit and high school credit simultaneously. Credit for these courses is awarded through the Colorado Community College System. JDI will meet 100% of the course competencies/learning objectives and include any required textbooks, course outlines, and/or common assessments required by the college or university offering the dual credit. We will also incorporate our model to meet the course competencies/learning objectives with a combination of projects and direct instruction. This may vary from class to class depending on the course requirements from the college or university.

JDI will implement a concurrent enrollment program in partnership with local community colleges. Students will have access to college-level, guaranteed transfer G/T classes which will provide opportunities to receive college credit while in high school.

  • JDI will focus particularly on Marketing 160, 216, and 235 as it applies to the Entrepreneurship emphasis of John Dewey Institute.
